Incredible Friend, Client and Athelete, Lone Jørgensen began her professional career in 1982 when she moved from Denmark to Germany to work at her husband Ulli Eggers’ yard. Her first international successes were achieved on Wempe Jewel (sold to Van der Vorm for Leida Strijk, also competed by Christoph Koschel) and then FBW Kennedy with whom she competed at the 1997, 1999, 2001, 2003 European Championships and 2000 Sydney Olympics.
What is your earliest memory?
I got bitten by a dog when I was 5 or 6 year old.
Which person alive do you admire the most and why?
The Danish Queen. She’s an amazing down to earth woman
When were you the happiest?
When my daughter was born and at her wedding a few months ago.
What is your biggest fear?
To lose any family members .
What was your first thought today?
My dog is taking too much space in the bed.
What is your most annoying character trait?
Stubborn at times … quite often actually

Dishonesty

My family and my dogs

A corona free world hopefully

Nothing really.

Started riding

Becoming a bit lazy during lockdown

Spending more time with them when it was possible.

Working in a nursery green house at 40 degrees .

When a friend cheated on me.
